You are passionate about building meaningful initiatives that connect and inspire athletic communities at scale. You’re energized by supporting athletes and community leaders through with Athlete and Community Partnerships team, and you have a knack for turning strategy into action through smart project management and collaboration. You’re a self-starter who can drive projects independently while staying closely aligned with a broader team. You’re highly organized, pragmatic when prioritizing, always ready with fresh ideas, and deeply committed to Strava’s mission of supporting the world’s athletes. You understand the creator and club landscape, believe in the power of great content, and know how to leverage feedback and data to make programs even better.
This is a minimum 6-month internship based in our Paris office.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the ACP Programs & Operations team in delivering strategic initiatives that engage key audiences at scale, while driving ongoing improvements in program effectiveness.
- Lead the continuous development of the Verified Program Resource Center, ensuring it better serves verified clubs and athletes around the world.
- Develop and maintain educational and enablement materials for Strava’s Affiliate Program to strengthen partner understanding and engagement.
- Deliver data insights that empower decision-making and inform strategic priorities across the ACP team.
- Contribute to team reporting efforts by tracking impact, assessing performance, and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, ensuring timely updates and alignment across teams.
- Collaborate effectively with the ACP team and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality results.
- Applying a data-driven mindset, analyzing and interpreting metrics to inform initiatives and performance reviews.
- Maintaining a solutions-oriented approach, always looking for ways to improve the partner and athlete experience.
- Demonstrating genuine passion for Strava’s mission to connect and motivate the world’s athletes through movement and community.
- Understanding the creator and club ecosystem, including emerging social media trends and how creators build content.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- You are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- You are fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus.
- You have project management experience, with a track record of coordinating cross-functional, time-sensitive initiatives.
- You demonstrate strategic thinking and can translate insights into actionable plans.
- You have experience with SQL, Python, HTML.
- You are comfortable using project management software and CMS tools.
Compensation Overview: At Strava, we know our employees are the most important ingredient to our success, and our compensation and total rewards programs reflect that. We take a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on the department and your location. For this role, the compensation is 1,000€-1,200€ per month.
