We combine a sophisticated ad platform with proprietary analytics to turn TV advertising into an automated, digital-like experience.

Named one of the Hottest Ad Tech Companies by Business Insider, and Best Places to Work by Inc. We are growing rapidly as we accelerate our mission to automate the complex landscape of managing and measuring television advertising. We have a long-term goal to make marketing on TV available to businesses of any size.

Tatari is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team. As part of our demand generation team, this role expands our paid media strategy beyond common platforms (paid social, paid search, etc.) to include podcasts, niche newsletters, email marketing, and targeted placements in relevant marketing and advertising publications—digital marketing at Tatari is inclusive of all channels. In this role, you'll leverage your paid search and social expertise and apply your innovative video editing skills to enhance our presence across these diverse media channels. Collaborating with graphic and motion designers, video editors,  and utilizing our rich video content, you'll craft compelling ads and narratives that capture our audience's attention across all paid media fronts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage paid search agency, launch and optimize paid social campaigns, and explore opportunities in podcasts, niche newsletters, influencer marketing, industry publications, and TV.
  • Leverage AI tools and agents to edit and repurpose video content for diverse paid media placements and formats, increasing the volume of our video output.
  • Work closely with the internal design team and external vendors on creative concepts for both static and dynamic ad formats.
  • Write ad copy that’s clear, effective, and tailored to our audience - reflecting a strong understanding of our brand, core messaging, and goals across each channel.
  • Analyze campaign performance across all platforms, seeking opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Design and run Account-based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to turn Marketing Qualified Leads into qualified hand-raisers ready to talk to the Sales team.
  • Establish processes for scalable growth across the channels and ensure timely launches and communications.
  • Develop and implement a robust tracking and measurement framework to accurately assess the performance of all paid media campaigns, including advanced analytics for podcasts, niche newsletters, and targeted placements.
  • Regularly report insights and actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing within B2B SaaS, with a broad understanding of various paid media channels (search, social, podcast, newsletters, influencer, industry publications, TV).
  • 2+ years of experience writing ad copy that is clear, effective, and tailored to the audience.
  • Strong creativity and experience repurposing content for paid ads across channels, including using AI tools for video editing and production.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute ad campaigns that resonate across different media formats and platforms.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics, including campaign measurement, optimization, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (we use HubSpot) for landing pages, email campaigns, and inbound marketing tactics.
  • Experience with website CMS platforms (we use Contentful)
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Bonus: Experience in SEO for B2B, driving organic traffic aligned with business goals.
  • Ability to establish scalable processes that ensure consistency, efficiency, and timely execution across campaigns.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a team-player mindset and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
  • Experience working on small teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ($85,000 - $120,000/annually)
  • Equity compensation
  • Health insurance coverage for you and your dependents
  • Unlimited PTO and sick days
  • Snacks, drinks, and catered lunches at the office

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
