About the Role
Telnyx is expanding and scaling its demand engine across channels and regions. To support our planned growth, we’re hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to help drive demand through paid channels by planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns across multiple ad platforms. This is a hands-on role where you’ll need to translate messaging and audience insights into high-performing campaigns.
As part of the Demand Generation team, you’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Content, Creative, and Sales to shape campaigns end-to-end, from brief to launch to performance insights.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across major B2B ad platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, StackAdapt, and Google Ads to drive demand across regions
- Own day-to-day campaign operations, including creatives, copy, targeting, pacing, and budgets, to ensure campaigns launch accurately and stay on track
- Translate messaging and creative briefs into channel-ready ads, maintaining strong visual quality and consistency across markets
- Run rapid A/B tests on messaging, formats, and audiences to improve performance and generate learnings
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using internal reporting and attribution tools to understand what’s working
- Surface insights and recommendations from live campaigns and experiments to inform optimization and future planning
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps on launches, regional campaigns, events, and webinars
Who we're looking for
- 3+ years experience in B2B performance marketing, demand generation, or paid media
- A strong executor with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Good visual judgment and comfort creating or adapting ad assets
- A data-first mindset with curiosity around testing and optimization
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns across regions and priorities
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting global or regional B2B campaigns
- Familiarity with ABM or intent-based marketing concepts
- Background in an agency or fast-moving in-house team
