About the Team

The RevOps team is evolving from a team that supports GTM tools into a team that builds the automation, data, and experimentation layer behind Telnyx’s growth engine. We are building AI agents, data workflows, internal tools, and MVP systems that help GTM teams identify opportunities, run experiments, validate ideas quickly, and scale the motions that work.

This role sits at the intersection of RevOps, Growth, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Business Development, GTM Systems, and applied engineering. It is not a traditional sales ops role. It is a technical builder role for someone who can turn ambiguous GTM problems into working prototypes, testable workflows, and production-ready automations.

The Role

We are looking for a Growth Experiment Engineer to build and validate MVP solutions for GTM growth experiments in weeks, not months.

You will partner with Growth, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, RevOps, and GTM leadership to identify high-leverage experiments across pipeline creation, conversion, expansion, events, partner motions, product-led growth, outbound, inbound, and customer lifecycle workflows.

Your job is to move fast: understand the growth hypothesis, build the smallest useful technical solution, instrument it, test it with real users or real data, and decide whether to scale it, iterate it, or shut it down.

What You'll Do

  • Build MVP systems, automations, agents, scripts, and internal tools that support GTM growth experiments
  • Ship working prototypes in weeks, not months, then validate them with real users, real prospects, or real GTM data
  • Translate growth hypotheses into technical workflows with clear inputs, outputs, success metrics, and failure conditions
  • Create account research, enrichment, signal-monitoring, event follow-up, outbound-trigger, expansion, and product-led growth workflows using internal and external data sources
  • Build AI-assisted workflows for research, routing, qualification, prioritization, follow-up, call analysis, and next-best-action recommendations
  • Work across APIs, webhooks, structured data, automation tools, lightweight code, event data, usage data, data warehouses, and internal agents
  • Instrument experiments so they can be measured quickly: conversion rate, meeting creation, opportunity creation, pipeline influenced, time saved, adoption, quality, or learning velocity
  • Decide when to scale an experiment, when to iterate, and when to kill it
  • Turn successful MVPs into repeatable workflows, durable automations, or specs for engineering/data partnership
  • Document systems clearly so they can be operated, debugged, improved, and handed off

What You'll Bring

  • Experience building technical GTM, RevOps, growth, sales ops, marketing ops, or automation systems
  • Ability to prototype quickly using APIs, webhooks, structured data, SQL, lightweight scripts, automation tools, LLM workflows, or internal tools
  • Strong understanding of B2B GTM motions: outbound, inbound, product-led growth, events, partner-led growth, expansion, pipeline creation, and handoffs
  • Comfort figuring out unfamiliar tools, reading API docs, connecting systems, moving data, triggering workflows, and building MVP solutions quickly
  • Technical judgment to choose the right level of build: manual test, spreadsheet, script, workflow automation, agent, internal tool, or production system
  • Ability to define success metrics before building and evaluate results after launch
  • Strong debugging instincts and comfort working through messy data, unclear requirements, and incomplete systems
  • Clear communication with growth, sales, marketing, operations, and technical stakeholders
  • Bias toward shipping, measuring, learning, and either scaling or killing experiments quickly

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Python, SQL, JavaScript, APIs, webhooks, or lightweight app/internal tool development
  • Experience building AI-assisted prospecting, research, outbound, event follow-up, call analysis, or customer expansion workflows
  • Familiarity with LLM workflows, prompt design, agentic systems, vector search, RAG, or AI-assisted GTM systems
  • Experience designing growth experiments, funnel tests, campaign workflows, or signal-based GTM motions
  • Experience with enrichment, attribution, intent signals, product usage data, event data, account scoring, or routing logic
  • Experience working in telecom, infrastructure, SaaS, or developer-facing products

What Success Looks Like

In the first 90 days, you will:

  • Identify the highest-leverage GTM growth experiments blocked by manual work, missing data, or lack of automation
  • Ship multiple MVP workflows or tools across areas like prospecting, enrichment, event follow-up, signal-based outreach, expansion, product-led growth, or qualification
  • Validate each MVP against clear success metrics and decide whether to scale, iterate, or stop
  • Establish a repeatable experiment intake, build, measurement, and handoff process
  • Document what worked, what failed, what should become durable infrastructure, and what should not be repeated

Over time, success means:

  • GTM teams can test new growth motions in weeks instead of waiting months for tooling or engineering support
  • More growth ideas are validated with real data before large investments are made
  • Successful experiments become reusable automations, internal tools, or AI agent workflows
  • Failed experiments are identified quickly and cheaply
  • Pipeline creation, conversion, expansion, and GTM learning velocity improve without linear increases in headcount or software spend
  • RevOps becomes a technical experimentation engine for all growth GTM teams, not just a support function

Why This Role Matters

Telnyx is building toward an AI-powered growth engine. That requires more than maintaining GTM tools — it requires technical builders who can rapidly turn growth ideas into working systems, validate them with real data, and scale only what works.

This role helps bridge the gap between GTM strategy and technical execution. The goal is to make growth more experimental, more measurable, and more scalable by building the MVP automation layer that lets GTM teams move faster.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

A "recently separated veteran" means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.

An "active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran" means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense.

An "Armed forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
