
Sr. Development Support Engineer, Infrastructure

Our Infrastructure Team designs and builds the software platforms that power AI development, training, and deployment across our full stack. This role focuses on designing scalable services, architecting distributed systems, and building Kubernetes-based platforms that support a range of workloads from compiler toolchains to ML training pipelines. You’ll define how our software is deployed, scaled, and evolved to meet the needs of next-generation AI hardware.
This role is hybrid based out of Belgrade, Serbia.

Who You Are
- Support and maintain the critical hardware infrastructure that powers our engineering and AI team.
- Debug, diagnose, and resolve issues across custom hardware platforms, servers, and networking equipment.
- Collaborate with hardware design, software, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems into production.
- Automate monitoring, diagnostics, and reporting to improve visibility and response times.
- Establish best practices for hardware reliability, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
What We Need
- Hands-on experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, servers, or data center hardware.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with custom or proprietary hardware, including debugging and root cause analysis of system and infrastructure level issues.
- Familiarity with Linux system administration and scripting (Python, Bash, or similar) to automate workflows.
- Knowledge of hardware monitoring, firmware upgrades, and system performance tuning.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to bridge hardware and software engineering teams.
