The Product Software team connects real Machine Learning (ML) models to Tenstorrent’s ML-tailored silicon. We take cutting-edge models, make them run fast and accurately on our stack, and deliver clean, production-ready solutions that customers can use out of the box. 

We are looking for a proven Tech Lead to set the technical vision for a team of 4-8 software engineers, guiding them through complex challenges and owning the final product. If you excel at performance tuning, architecting solutions across software layers, and mentoring a team to make multi-processor systems running at full speed, this is where it all comes together.

This role is hybrid based in Belgrade, Serbia.

What We Need

  • A hands-on tech leader with 5+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in accelerating performance critical workloads on parallel processors and multi-processor systems.
  • Someone passionate to gain a deep, systems-level understanding of the full software stack, with the ability to debug and guide improvements from model to kernel level in components like tt-metal, tt-nn, and tt-llk.
  • An engineer who can make critical architectural decisions, break down complex problems into clear, executable tasks and drive delivery with the team.
