Organizational Development & Learning
- Build scalable leadership development programs that grow The Nuclear Company's next generation of managers and executives.

- Design career pathing and internal mobility frameworks that improve retention and cross-functional collaboration.
- Partner with functional leaders to identify organizational design needs and lead restructuring efforts as the business evolves.
Total Rewards
- Develop and maintain competitive, equitable compensation and benefits programs benchmarked against both tech and energy industry peers.
- Oversee equity plan administration, working closely with Legal and Finance to manage option grants, refreshes, and vesting through growth and potential liquidity events.
People Operations
- Ensure HR operations, systems, and processes are scalable, compliant, and employee-friendly.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment law across all operating jurisdictions; proactively manage employment risk.
- Knowledge of Labor Law and Labor relations with an ability to navigate the culture of a non-exempt workforce.

- Deep expertise across the full HR lifecycle: talent acquisition, total rewards, organizational development, employee relations, and HR technology.
