Program Manager
The Swift Group is looking for a Program Manager to join our prime program with our client. This person will be responsible for the overall performance of the program and team. The successful candidate will have proven experience with completing deliverables and services specifically for security systems O&M. This person will be the primary interface with our client and is responsible for maintaining and managing the relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site program management for this program and serve as the primary point of contact with the client.
- Be accessible to the client to discuss items of mutual interest and resolve any difficulties that may arise.
- Manage and monitor the cost, schedule, technical performance, staffing, security, and deliverables.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain performance metrics that measure the execution of all business and operational activities.
- Participate in monthly Program Management Reviews and provide the client with Monthly Contract Status Reports and ad hoc reports, as needed.
- Coordinate, collaborate, and communicate with the client and other stakeholders as required.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager
- 5+ years experience with work focused on security systems and their O&M
- Experience managing a dispersed team CONUS and OCONUS
- Bachelors Degree
- US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
Desired Qualifications:
- PMP certification

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00
Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
