Computer Network Defense Analyst 2
OPS Consulting is seeking an experienced Computer Network Defense Analyst to:
- Use information collected from a variety sources (e.g., intrusion detection systems, firewalls, network traffic logs, and host system logs) to identify potential vulnerabilities, respond to cyber events that occur, and defend against events that might occur.
- Help develop mitigations to strengthen network defenses and protect against attacks on network infrastructure devices or systems.
- Work with data transport, such as traditional wired networks, wireless transport (including Wi-Fi and cellular), collaborative platforms such as video teleconferencing, and the hardware and software that support it all.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Network Engineering, System Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years demonstrated experience within the Department of Defense (DoD) as a Computer Network Defense Analyst.
- CNDAs must have experience in network or system administration.
- Experience with Computer or information systems design/development, programming, information/cyber/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, and/or systems engineering.
Desired:
- Relevant Certs or Specialized Training would include (but not limited to): JCAC graduate, CEH, CFR, CySA+, GCIH, CNDSP
- Foreign Language may count toward experience requirements.
Security Clearance:
- A current government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph are required.

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00
Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
