Job brief:
The HR Technology and Analytics Coordinator partners with HR and IT stakeholders to analyze HR data, improve reporting processes, and develop dashboards. This role will focus on extracting data, building reports and dashboards to provide insights, identifying process improvements based on data analysis, and assisting IT with HR systems support. You'll work cross-functionally to understand reporting needs, document requirements, gather data from multiple systems, analyze trends, and present findings in a clear and visual way.
The impact you'll make:
- Meet with HR and business partners to gather report and dashboard requirements
- Document functional specifications based on end-user needs
- Extract data from multiple HRIS systems using reporting tools
- Analyze HR data to identify key metrics, trends, and insights
- Develop interactive HR dashboards and visualizations
- Create HR reports highlighting critical workforce metrics and trends over time
- Identify process improvements by analyzing HR data and system capabilities
- Assist IT Team with user acceptance testing of HRIS upgrades and enhancements
- Create training guides, videos, and materials on new HR reports and dashboards
- Research HR reporting best practices and make recommendations on new approaches
- Collaborate closely with HR and IT teams to understand needs, prioritize projects, and optimize HR reporting architecture
- Present findings and analysis from HR data to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Participates in user group meetings/conferences.

What you've accomplished:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Analytics or related field; or commensurate experience
- 3+ years experience in HR reporting and data analysis
- Experience developing interactive dashboards and visualizations
- Proficiency in interpreting data, and communicating results to technical and non-technical audiences
- Systems experience: ADP Workforce Now (HCM and Payroll); Greenhouse (ATS); Culture Amp (Performance Management)
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with HR processes such as payroll, talent management, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
