We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our talented team of people who are passionate about the weather AND innovative product and user experience delivery.

We're seeking a Product Manager with a proven track record of successfully launching new features or products within the B2C space. You will be responsible for driving innovation, growth, and user-centered experiences to life through the use of deep weather science, product analytics, and AI. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and find excitement in shaping the future of our consumer-facing product across multiple platforms. Your deep understanding of consumer needs, analytics, and passion for technology will guide you as you champion compelling new experiences to delight our users.

The impact you'll make:

  • Lead and manage overall product strategies for one or multiple product features across all platforms 
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap of feature(s) that align with business goals and market needs
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery, including requirement gathering and agile ceremonies to complete new developments or solve bugs
  • Develop detailed user personas and use cases to guide product development.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to develop recommendations for changes to improve the performance of the features/product.
  • Monitor product/feature performance, analyze data, and make strategic decisions to optimize user satisfaction and business outcomes. Use data to identify areas for improvement and inform future product decisions.
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization. Produce performance reporting including reports and readouts to senior product team members and leadership.

What you've accomplished:

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle from product discovery and definition, road mapping, prioritization, and product launch processes
  • Proven experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.), and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams
  • Strong ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes of issues, evaluate potential solutions, and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, engineering, sales, and customer support. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential for conveying ideas, requirements, and updates
  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to navigate change, prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, learn from failures, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for creating innovative products and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Understanding of UX best practices and usability testing methods to create user-centered products that meet customer needs and expectations
