Job brief:

We’re seeking a skilled and driven IT Project Manager to lead key IT initiatives that are critical to the success of our business. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex technology projects that support strategic priorities and enable operational excellence. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, technical stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

The impact you'll make:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals and manage resource allocation.
  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Proactively monitor and manage changes in project scope, identify potential causes, and devise contingency plans to achieve project delivery milestones.
  • Establish and maintain long-term, positive business relationships with internal team members, leaders, executives, customers, and suppliers 
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Act as a single point of contact for project communications by liaising between project stakeholders/internal management, and project team members on an ongoing basis.
  • Organize project meetings, maintain meeting minutes, and track and report progress of follow-up and action items.
  • Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and the critical path.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you've accomplished:

  • 5+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects.
  • Strong Familiarity with project management software, such as Jira, and be able to manage multiple projects with reporting to leadership.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven experience managing software development projects and technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and project management tools.
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Professional exposure to the G Suite set of tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with IT Services delivery
  • Knowledge of programming languages and software development frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as JIRA 
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
  • Exposure to AI and Agentic workflows to accelerate business outcomes.
  • Experience in teaching or leading technology enablement workshops/events
