About You

As a Lead Product Analyst, you’ll play a critical dual role—hands-on analytics expert and strategic thought partner to senior business leaders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, can drive high-impact initiatives independently, and brings structured leadership to ambiguous problem spaces.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Commercial, and Data Science teams to generate insights that drive merchant growth, optimize pricing and targeting, and strengthen portfolio performance, shaping the Acquiring product roadmap

We're looking for someone with the ability to influence at the leadership level, lead multiple initiatives in parallel, and are comfortable in rolling up their sleeves. If you enjoy a high-autonomy, high-impact environment, where you’re expected to drive the agenda and not just respond to it—we’d love to hear from you.

About The Role

  • Shape and influence the strategy for Acquiring Product (POS, T2P, Digital) initiatives by identifying product and marketing opportunities using data.
  • Own end-to-end analytics projects—from problem definition, stakeholder alignment, and hypothesis framing to insight delivery and storytelling.
  • Lead and structure deep-dive analyses into the merchant lifecycle, pricing sensitivity, churn triggers, and acquisition targeting to uncover insights that drive product and marketing strategy.
  • Define and monitor critical KPIs for product launches and ongoing performance—ensuring product/marketing teams are aligned with impact metrics.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to identify growth opportunities, measure performance, and build data-driven recommendations that shape acquiring strategy.
  • Use SQL and Python to explore large datasets, run statistical analyses, build segmentations, and test hypotheses.
  • Proactively identify white spaces for analytics contribution—bring fresh ideas, analytical frameworks, and scalable approaches.
  • Coach and influence other analysts or stakeholders informally to elevate analytics maturity across the business.
  • Translate complex data into compelling narratives and visualisations using Looker or other BI tools.
  • Serve as a data advocate, bringing clarity to ambiguity and championing a culture of insight-driven decision making.

What We Are Looking For

  • Have 10+ years of analytics experience with increasing scope, preferably in a high-growth product or SaaS company.
  • Are equally comfortable getting into the data yourself and shaping discussions at the leadership table.
  • Have a strong commercial mindset and an instinct for prioritising projects based on potential business impact.
  • Are known for creating clarity from ambiguity, and for leading structured thinking in fast-paced, evolving contexts.
  • Have a consistent track record of influencing senior stakeholders without authority, and delivering change through insight.
  • Proven experience in product analytics, preferably within the merchant acquiring or digital payments domain, with strong understanding of merchant lifecycle analytics, including acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention metrics.
  • Write complex SQL queries in your sleep and use Python when needed for analysis or prototyping.
  • Can turn raw data into a clear business story, and know when to zoom in or zoom out depending on the audience.
  • Are self-driven and take initiative—you don’t wait to be told what to do.
  • Are excited by the idea of being a leader without formal reports—owning a space, not a team.

What You Will Get In Return

  • Competitive salary
  • Self & Family Health Insurance
  • Term & Life Insurance
  • OPD Benefits
  • Mental wellbeing through Plumm
  • Learning & Development Budget
  • WFH Setup allowance
  • 15 days of Privilege leaves
  • 12 days of Casual leaves
  • 12 days of Sick leaves
  • 3 paid days off for volunteering or L&D activities
  • Stock Options
