Lead, Facilities Development Planning, Workplace
YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a development planner who believes the details and strategy are the work. You architect the physical environment where our mission gets built, and you treat every dimension — the materials, the programming, the way a room makes someone feel when they walk in — as an exciting problem to solve. You're as comfortable in a room with our Executives defining the future of our employee experience as you are holding a millworker to a deadline. You know that great spaces are won early, through rigorous due diligence, and that the best designers bring creative, pragmatic solutions when the mission demands speed. This is a role for someone who leads through partnership, owns outcomes, and refuses to let intentionality slip.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the strategic architectural design and build-out of the workplace pipeline, translating brand identity into the physical environment. Partner in earnest with the Brand team to ensure every space reflects and reinforces True Anomaly's identity. Engage directly with the Executive team to define and deliver the employee experience across our workplaces. Identify, select, and manage strong external partners — architects, engineers, furniture vendors, and millworkers — holding them accountable to project KPIs for budget, schedule, and quality. Develop, implement, and govern workplace design standards that ensure consistency, scalability, and quality across all sites. Lead rigorous upfront due diligence on potential sites — in partnership with the Real Estate and Construction team — to surface risk, budget, and schedule implications early. Develop creative solutions that meet workplace needs, including phasing strategies that support speed to market. Design and deliver unique, experience-driven spaces that prioritize employee wellbeing and productivity across all environments. Balance security and compliance requirements with innovative design while maintaining brand integrity throughout. Partner cross-functionally across Facilities — Real Estate, Construction, and Non-Production Operations — and with teams outside Facilities.
