About The Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager in Phoenix. This high-impact role combines strategy, analysis, and operational excellence. 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Design metrics and analytics frameworks to measure team performance and/or the success of other strategic initiatives within the business unit
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance metrics and drive business decisions using SQL, Looker, Tableau, or other BI solutions
  • Perform deep dive analysis of operating metrics at country/region level, providing business insights to leadership by understanding the situation, developing a hypothesis, analyzing data, and reporting back findings/solutions
  • Identify and implement new processes and improvement opportunities to maximize Business Operations and Operations Teams' productivity based on analysis
  • Assess new business requirements, design and communicate new operating procedures to all relevant stakeholders, including documentation, tools, and processes
  • Run end-to-end operational metrics, diving facility performance metrics, across the organization, and provide monthly and quarterly reports to business leaders
  • Implement/Facilitate operations enablement efforts, such as training and developing operational collateral
