About the Role:
This Device Partnerships Manager role is focused on optimizing distribution platform partner engagement and editorial opportunities to increase engaged viewership on Tubi while arming the Tubi Distribution team with the positioning, tools, and support needed to build deep platform partner relationships. Reporting directly to the Director of Title Marketing, this role will work closely with all other functions of Tubi’s Marketing organization, Content, Social, Creative, Data Analytics, Legal, PR & Communications, Growth, and Distribution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive distribution and marketing strategy tailored to each partner’s unique audience, optimizing placement and scheduling for maximum viewership
- Aid in the development of positioning and materials that communicate the maximum value of Tubi to current and prospective platform partners
- Support networking activations and industry events for Tubi’s Distribution team coordinating management with Tubi’s Industry Partnership and Events leads
- Manage planning, implementation, reporting, and optimization for all on and off-platform editorial, co-marketing, merchandising, and promotions negotiated by the Distribution team
- Develop and foster ongoing communication and collaboration with distribution platform partners to further deepen relationships and positive perception of Tubi’s market presence
- Secure opportunistic editorial preference and earned promotional placements for Tubi
- Build content promotional plans, managing prioritization and placement aligned with Tubi’s Sales, Marketing, and Content strategies
- Measure the impact of all partner promotion and engagement tied back to company KPIs and create quarterly recap decks
- Develop recommendations and GTM plans for co-marketing and co-branding opportunities, including marketing campaigns and events that increase Tubi’s brand awareness and expand exposure to new audiences
- Assess and optimize communication process for a cohesive and efficient approach across stakeholders
Your Background:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, including roles at broadcast, cable networks, or streaming platforms
- Existing relationships with multiple distribution partners
- A strong sense of storytelling for content marketing and promotions
- Understanding of core marketing principles for go-to-market campaign positioning, audience identification and targeting inclusive of a multi-channel strategy
- Proven ability to work across broad cross-functional teams to drive complex projects to successful completion
- Strong leadership, presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
California Compensation
$107,000 to $157,000 / year + Bonus + Long-Term Incentive Plan + Benefits
