Account Executive, Direct Response

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Direct Response Account Manager who is ready to own client relationships across the Canadian Marketplace. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing revenue across a list of Direct Response Clients. The Account Manager will focus on managing the day-to-day success of our clients by providing strategic insights and sharing how to best leverage our proprietary tools to deliver our audiences in the market.

Please note: Although this role is remote, there is a material in person requirement and travel to our clients offices across Canada and to our New York office once a quarter is an essential requirement of the role. You must be legally able to travel to the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Sales and clients to understand campaign objectives, and execute campaigns accordingly
  • Understand the programmatic and direct landscape to help clients accomplish their goals
  • Create campaign execution strategy and timelines, and manage the process from IO to billing
  • Support clients & sales by providing best-in-class services around all aspects of campaign execution, including but not limited to weekly reporting, screenshots, & asset management
  • Team with Ad Ops on delivery and optimization of all campaigns to ensure 100% delivery
  • Track third-party measurement tools and optimize based on results
  • Work with Sales Ops to provide campaign wrap deck
  • Circulate client feedback to help ensure process and policy evolve to meet client needs

Your Background:

  • 5+ years relevant job experience required in the Direct Response Market
  • Experience in digital advertising, specifically understanding the digital video landscape
  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to manage & analyze large sets of data
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to details
  • Highly organized with fantastic follow through
  • Capable of problem-solving and providing solutions to problems proactively
  • Spoken and written English essential due to requirement to work with clients across Canada and in the United States
  • Demonstrate interest in Technology, Internet, Entertainment and/or Advertising

Compensation:

The expected salary range for this role is $157,500 CAD to $245,000 CAD.

Vos qualifications :

  • Plus de 5 ans d’expérience de travail pertinente requise dans le marché des réponses directes 
  • Expérience dans le domaine de la publicité numérique, en particulier dans le domaine de la vidéo numérique
  • Solides compétences en Excel et capacité à gérer et à analyser de grandes quantités de données.
  • Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite
  • Capacité de mener plusieurs tâches à la fois dans un environnement en constante évolution et avec un souci du détail 
  • Très organisé.e et doté.e d'un excellent sens du suivi
  • Capacité de résoudre des problèmes et de trouver des solutions proactives 
  • Anglais parlé et écrit essentiel en raison de l’obligation de travailler avec des clients partout au Canada et aux États-Unis 
  • Démontrer un intérêt pour la technologie, Internet, le divertissement et/ou la publicité 

Rémunération : 

L’échelle salariale prévue pour ce poste est de 157,500 $ CA à 245,000 $ CA.
