Opportunity 

Twin Health’s product is an innovative Metabolic Health platform that uses our patented Whole Body Digital Twin technology to drive better outcomes for our Members and Clinical Team; it consists of our AI and Sensor platform, a Mobile App for Members, and Mobile/Web Apps for our Clinical Team.

We are looking for a Director of IT and Security to oversee our IT team and Information Security efforts at Twin. The ideal candidate will be an innovative problem solver with a passion for both information security and technology. This position will report to the Chief Technology Officer and collaborate closely with our Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams.

Responsibilities 

  • Oversee IT and Information Security efforts at Twin
  • Lead and manage a team of IT and security professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Respond to and manage partner inquires as it relates to IT and Information Security procedures to Twin
  • IT Operations
  • Oversee Twin’s IT team, supporting Information Systems needs across the company in a distributed environment spanning laptops, cloud services, IVR/phone systems, and third-party services
  • Ensure high-quality operations and support for Twin’s enterprise IT systems
  • Oversee vendor relationships and contracts for technology suppliers, cloud providers, and other third-party services
  • Information Security
  • Manage Twin’s information security program, defining policies and procedures, driving implementation across all departments at Twin (including Engineering, Operations, and Clinical), and both educating and promoting a strong security/privacy culture across the organization
  • Direct operations and security of internal and  Enterprise and Client Hosting environments 
  • Identify and assess security risks, implement measures to mitigate them, and manage the organization's response to security incidents and breaches. 
  • Lead compliance and auditing programs for Twin, including HIPAA, SOC 2, and HITRUST
  • Serve as Twin’s HIPAA Security Officer
  • Lead security evaluations and risk assessments for vendors and external partners
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field
  • 5+ years experience leading IT and Information Security teams
  • Experience with leading efforts for SOC 2 (required) and HITRUST (desired) certification
  • Experience in information security and privacy for healthcare
  • Demonstrated ability for cross-functional collaboration and clearly communicating security/privacy concepts to diverse audiences

Compensation and Benefits  

The compensation range for this position is $200,000-$220,000 annually.
