Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced individual to be our very first Product Marketing leader!
Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will own the end-to-end strategy for messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution for our flagship Type 2 Diabetes and Healthy Weight programs. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Marketing, Analytics, Product Management, and Sales & Client Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Intelligence: Own competitive intelligence and market research. Work with Marketing, Analytics, and Commercial to translate clinical outcomes, product features, and differentiators into clear, impactful value propositions.
- Sales Enablement: Craft compelling product narratives that resonate with prospects and clients across employers, brokers, and health plans. Enable sales and client success teams with personas, battlecards, case study selections, and playbooks.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with Marketing, Analytics, Product Management, and Sales & Client Success to lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, features, and campaigns.
- Strategy & Leadership: Serve as a thought partner to the Product and Growth leadership teams. Use market and client insights to shape roadmap prioritization and long-term positioning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7–10 years in B2B2C product or partner marketing, ideally within digital health, health plans, or benefits platforms

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $200,000K-$230,000 annually.
