Overview of Opportunity
The All-Source Analyst supports operations by managing collection priorities, collaboration with Language Enabled Analysts (LEAs), conducting all-source analysis, and producing high-quality written reports. This role requires proven analytic tradecraft, interagency coordination skills, and the ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable products. The ideal candidate is a seasoned analyst with experience in Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), or targeting, and is equally comfortable drafting reports, briefing stakeholders, and mentoring personnel.
What you will do:
Intelligence Reporting & Analysis
- Apply structured analytic techniques to fuse multiple data sources to include engagements, classified reporting, open-source information, and law enforcement data into coherent assessments.
- Collaborate with, and directly support analysts in the vetting, triage, and development of potentially valuable information.
- Produce written analytic products that meet standards for clarity, accuracy, and value.
- Conduct validation and deconfliction to ensure accuracy and credibility of reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), and law enforcement partners to share information, validate findings, and improve outcomes.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored products.
- Represent stakeholders in operational planning meetings.
- Brief decision makers on findings, ensuring both written reports and oral briefings meet mission needs.
Mentorship & Leadership

- Leverage prior experience to mentor analysts in information processing, analytic methods, and reporting standards.
- Provide editorial and analytic feedback to strengthen the quality and consistency of team products.
- Actively participate in internal working groups and operational initiatives, contributing expertise and leadership.
What you will need:
- 5+ years in intelligence analysis with substantive experience in targeting or HUMINT; familiarity with intelligence community components.
- Strong ability to conduct human network analysis, identify terrorist/criminal networks, integrate HUMINT with other sources, and fuse data into actionable products.
- Demonstrated ability to edit, review, and refine reports with a high level of accuracy and clarity; strong writing skills to communicate complex information effectively.
- Skilled at briefing decision makers and coordinating across interagency partners.
- Knowledge of IC organizations and workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- As part of the hiring process, candidates will complete a writing exercise.
Nice to haves:
- Demonstrated experience detecting, targeting, and interdicting terrorist/criminal activities using HUMINT.
- Human network analysis and exploitation of HUMINT-specific IC tools, databases, and reporting mechanisms.
- Master’s degree.
- Foreign language skills.
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI required.

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.
Salary Range
$130,000 - $180,000 USD
