Lead Integrated Campaign Manager
About the Role
The Integrated Campaigns Manager plans, launches, and optimizes integrated marketing campaigns that connect brand, messaging, and channel strategy to measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes. This role owns the campaign calendar, channel mix, and spend allocation, ensuring every program is on-message, on-time, and commercially impactful. Serving as a central partner across Growth, Brand, Solutions Marketing, Sales Development, and GTM Operations, this role drives alignment, execution quality, and consistent performance across all go-to-market campaigns.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Translate high-level strategy into clear go-to-market plans with defined goals, channels, and timelines
- Prioritize campaigns based on business impact, sales priorities, and product launch timing
- Define and manage the paid, owned, and earned channel mix for each campaign
- Own campaign budget allocation and pacing across digital, social, and offline channels
- Oversee end-to-end campaign launches across Growth, Brand, and Solutions deliverables
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and asset readiness across content, creative, and digital teams
- Coordinate with SDR leadership to ensure outbound and follow-up motions align with campaign messaging
- Partner with GTM Strategy and Operations on CRM setup, tracking, and attribution
- Track campaign performance against pipeline, conversion, and ROI targets
- Partner with Growth and GTM Strategy and Operations to refine targeting and funnel efficiency
- Present results and learnings to cross-functional leadership to inform future investment
- Serve as the single source of truth for active and upcoming campaigns
- Maintain and communicate the campaign roadmap across teams
Basic Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 4–5+ years owning integrated or go-to-market campaigns tied directly to pipeline and revenue
- Proven track record of driving campaign-sourced and influenced pipeline, ROI, and CAC efficiency
- Hands-on experience owning campaign planning, channel mix, and budget allocation
- Strong cross-functional experience partnering with Growth, Brand, Solutions or Product Marketing, SDRs, and GTM or RevOps teams
- Fluency in Salesforce, attribution models, and pipeline reporting
- Ability to translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS, logistics, freight, or marketplace businesses
- Exposure supporting sales-assisted and SDR-led motions
- Familiarity with multi-touch attribution and funnel analytics
- Experience managing multiple concurrent campaigns in fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

US based employees may also be eligible for a performance or sales incentive bonus program, participation in Uber Freight equity awards, and other types of compensation depending upon the role.
Illinois: The salary range for this role is $144,900 to $180,360 a year.
