About the Role

Customer Support Specialist I is a key contributor to our Brokerage operations division. The primary responsibility is to timely and accurately schedule appointments for customer shipments.

This is an entry level, individual contributor position that will work at our office in Rogers Monday - Friday. 

Hourly Rate of Pay: $17.00 - $20.00. 

What the Candidate Will Do

  • Maintain clear, prompt, and professional communication with shippers, receivers, and internal partners regarding appointment confirmations, delays, and schedule revisions
  • Utilize facility portals, online scheduling tools, phone, and email to secure and manage dock appointments
  • Update shipments within the system with accurate appointment times, reference numbers, and facility contact details
  • Collaborate directly with internal and external partners to resolve scheduling issues and prevent delays

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Entry Level, 0-1 years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Clear and professional oral and written communication skills, including email etiquette 
  • Detail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Able to work overtime if needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer service experience within an office environment
  • Knowledge of the freight industry
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
