Senior AV/VC Technician

About our Team:

Our IT Corp team is seeking an onsite Senior AV / VC who will be responsible and play a significant role in designing, setting up, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems that support AV / VTC environments. They will work closely with the IT team and organization to ensure both in-house and 3rd party AV / VTC  hardware and software meet the needs of the business. They would be the point person for AV systems knowledge in the company. This position will be based in our Phoenix office 5 days a week.


What You'll Do:

  • Perform preventive maintenance room checks on AV/VTC equipment in our Phoenix office.
  • Deploy, administer and design conference meeting rooms that support Google Meet and Zoom.
  • Work closely with our C-suite to troubleshoot technical issues. 
  • Coordinate AV/VTC projects with our IT and leadership teams in our offices in Phoenix, Atlanta, Orange County, and Montreal.


What We Look For:

  • 5+ years experience supporting AV/VTC systems (Google Meet, Zoom, Logitech) with understanding of software management systems (Crestron, e-Control, Zoom, etc).
  • Troubleshoot client OS (MacOS, Windows, ChromeOS) issues and strong understanding of network principles.
  • Competence and understanding of AV technologies and IT systems on a technical level.
  • Good verbal and communication skills, collaboration and working across teams and an attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives and leadership teams.
  • Capability to adapt to new equipment, devices, and technology without formal training.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field experience (optional but preferred).
