The opportunity 

As our (Senior) Lead Manager, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations, spearheading our lead management efforts. Your strategic mindset and exceptional leadership skills will be instrumental in identifying, nurturing and converting leads into loyal customers. Your responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement lead management strategy to identify, qualify and prioritize leads
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion processes
  • Utilize the CRM and other tools to track and analyze lead data, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition 
  • Generate regular reports and metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead management efforts and inform decision-making
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the SDR team

What you need to succeed 

  • Proven experience in lead management, with at least 3+ years in a related role
  • Full professional working proficiency in English and German
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Strategic thinker with a result oriented mindset and a track record of driving business growth through lead management
  • Ability to thrive in a faced-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
