Performance Marketing Manager (all genders)

The opportunity 

We are looking for a passionate experienced Performance Marketing Manager (all genders) to oversee and optimize our digital marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in driving growth and performance through data-driven strategies, with a focus on acquisition and conversion (B2B lead gen). The ideal candidate has expertise in paid search, social media advertising, and display marketing, alongside strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.

Your responsibilities 

  • Campaign Management:
    • Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display channels in several markets.
    • Lead A/B testing and experiment with different ad creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Analyze and interpret campaign data (CPL, CPC, CAC, CTR) to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
    • Report on campaign performance to senior management and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage and optimize advertising budgets across multiple channels to ensure cost-effective performance.
    • Track spend and allocate budget to the highest-performing campaigns based on KPIs.
  • Optimization:
    • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and meet key business objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Strategy Development:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with broader business goals.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration:
    • Partner with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
    • Collaborate with the analytics team to ensure accurate tracking and measurement of campaign performance.

What you need to succeed 

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media management including media budget management.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance marketing platforms.
  • Expertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills in reporting with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English and any other languages such as German, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese is a plus
  • Nice-to-haves: Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), and certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant marketing platforms.
