Overview
The HRIS Manager plays a critical role in driving the effectiveness, integrity, and strategic value of US Conec’s Human Resources Information Systems. This position partners closely with HR leadership, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to optimize HR technology, improve processes, enhance data quality, and deliver actionable workforce insights that support business decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead the administration, maintenance, configuration, and continuous optimization of HRIS platforms and related technologies
- Serve as the primary HRIS subject matter expert and key point of contact for system-related support, troubleshooting, and guidance
- Manage system upgrades, enhancements, testing, implementations, and integrations while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to identify requirements, implement solutions, and improve system capabilities
- Evaluate emerging HR technologies and recommend solutions that align with organizational goals and industry best practices
- Establish and maintain data governance processes to ensure the accuracy, consistency, security, and integrity of employee data
- Conduct regular audits and validation activities to support compliance requirements and reporting accuracy
- Develop, maintain, and deliver HR dashboards, reports, metrics, and analytics for leadership and business stakeholders
- Create custom reports and perform ad hoc data analysis to support workforce planning and business needs
- Analyze system and workforce data trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and more informed decision-making
- Support strategic HR initiatives through technology enhancements, automation, and data-driven recommendations
- Develop and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, training materials, and user guides
- Contribute to departmental planning, budgeting considerations, and operational improvement initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop HRIS or HR support team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and professional growth
- Prioritize workload, assign responsibilities, and monitor project progress to ensure timely and accurate execution
