Fullstack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Fullstack Developer with expertise in both backend and frontend development, as well as strong DevOps experience in AWS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance applications. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend services while maintaining best practices in software development and deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python and Java.
• Build and optimize frontend applications with React (JavaScript/TypeScript) .
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to ensure efficient, secure, and scalable communication between microservices.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, using EC2, ECS, Amplify, and Secrets Manager efficiently.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI and GitHub Actions for automated deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in both backend and frontend systems.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to process improvements.
• Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of proven experience as a Fullstack Developer.
• Strong backend experience with Python (FastAPI) and Java. (Excluyente)

• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with AWS cloud services, including EC2, ECS, Amplify, and Secrets Manager. (Excluyente)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly CircleCI and GitHub. (Excluyente)
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). 
• Experience working with high-performance, high-demand teams.
