Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Management

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Create and communicate sales goals to the sales team and C-level executives, ensuring alignment on progress and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a nationwide (or global) sales team, setting clear performance targets and providing regular coaching and feedback.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, adjusting sales strategies as needed to stay ahead of industry shifts.

 

Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, partnering with key clients to better understand their objectives and needs.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large enterprise or mid-market customers, ensuring both profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline by forecasting and managing leads through each stage of the sales funnel.

 

Team Development & Training

  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales talent, maintaining a high standard of skill and performance.
  • Encourage professional growth by organizing ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Foster a collaborative culture that values teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.

 

Sales Reporting & Analysis

  • Track key performance metrics (e.g., revenue, conversion rates, churn) and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and present insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to refine sales tactics, ensuring efforts translate into measurable outcomes.

 

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Implement and maintain a CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and facilitating effective pipeline management.
  • Leverage CRM analytics to gain insights into customer behaviors, purchasing trends, and sales team performance.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record of success in a B2B sales leadership role, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Robust negotiation and closing abilities, demonstrating the ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of industry trends, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams, fostering a positive culture of accountability and achievement.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools, with the ability to analyze data for actionable insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

 

 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • B2B Sales in SaaS, Staff Augmentation, Tech
  • Proven track record of sales quota attainment in USA or Canada.
  • Strong sales skills → Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing, Closing.
  • Excellent communication

  • Native English (Must)

 

Benefits:

100% remote work

Workspace setup bonus $400 USD gross

Bonuses in September and December, $300 USD gross each
