Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Research Analyst to support the creation, distribution, management, and analysis of online surveys. This role involves working with large datasets, generating actionable reports, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to turn data into business strategies.

Responsibilities:

✔️ Analyze survey data and generate reports with key insights.
✔️ Create visualizations in Tableau or other BI tools to present findings.
✔️ Clean and organize data to ensure analysis quality.
✔️ Assist in designing and executing customer satisfaction surveys.
✔️ Collaborate with internal teams to provide strategic insights.
✔️ Present results to clients, highlighting trends and improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

✅ Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Market Research, or related fields.
✅ Experience in data analysis, preferably in surveys or market research.
✅ Proficiency in analysis tools: Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint (SQL or SPSS is a plus).
✅ Strong communication skills to present findings clearly and effectively.
✅ Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
