Call Center Operations Manager
At Variacode, we are looking for a Call Center Operations Manager to join our team and support a fast-growing U.S.-based company specializing in customer engagement and lead generation. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in call centers, coaching teams, and motivating agents to improve performance while maintaining a positive and high-energy environment.

πΉ What Youβll Do
As the Call Center Operations Manager, you will help support and improve agent performance across different teams. Youβll be working closely with the Director of Call Center Operations to ensure that the call center runs smoothly and efficiently.
β Motivate and guide floor managers and agents to keep performance high.
β Review agent performance reports and provide coaching for improvement.
β Ensure fair evaluation of all agents and provide recommendations for performance management.
β Work with BPO teams to align strategies and keep operations efficient.
β Support a positive and high-energy work environment that helps agents stay engaged.
πΉ What Weβre Looking For
Weβre looking for someone organized, energetic, and a strong communicator who can motivate teams, keep operations structured, and help agents improve their performance.

Experience working in a call center or managing teams in a sales/customer service environment.
β
English proficiency of at least 7/10 (must be able to communicate effectively).
β
Ability to lead and coach agents in a supportive and positive way.
β
Comfortable analyzing agent reports and using data to help improve performance.
β
Strong organizational skills β able to manage multiple tasks and teams.
β
Familiarity with American culture (helpful for understanding the types of campaigns the agents work on).
