Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience with design experience in stainless steel process equipment (skids and tanks).
      • Experience with large powder charging and mixing operations for buffers (i.e. large SS tanks, mixers, material lifts, etc).
      • Familiar with ASME BPE standards.
    • Capable of reading automation documentation and translating process information to automation verbiage
    • Cleaning and SIP experience is a plus
    • Familiar with IQ, OQ, PQ documentation and C&Q processes
    • Familiar with submittals / RFI workflows with general contractors
    • Ideally, someone with design experience in clean utilities such as WFI stills and pre-treatment, Clean steam generators, Chilled water, Glycol, Some experience with plant utilities such as plant steam, waste water, and lift stations.
    • Capable of reading automation documentation and translating process information to automation verbiage
    • Familiar with IQ, OQ, PQ documentation and C&Q processes
    • Familiar with submittals / RFI workflows with general contractors

Soft Skills

    • Self-starter, Type-A personality
    • Works with little direction
    • Able to work across a variety of firms and partners
    • Used to doing field coordination as well as leading design on equipment packages.

This is an onsite role with onsite requirements in Holly Springs, NC.

The actual salary is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, market demand, and competitive market practice. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
