Overview: We’re seeking a seasoned RIM Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new Regulatory Information Management (RIM) metadata system and manage the migration of regulatory data from a legacy platform. This role is central to ensuring a smooth transition to the new system, working closely with vendors, IT, and regulatory stakeholders to deliver a successful outcome.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of a new RIM metadata system covering regulatory applications, submissions, and registrations
  • Oversee all aspects of legacy data migration including planning, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
  • Coordinate across business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure project alignment and delivery
  • Manage risks, timelines, and communication with key stakeholders to ensure a high-quality, on-time deployment

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of industry experience
  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in computer science, business, or an industry related field
  • Must have extensive experience managing regulatory systems and data migration projects
  • Must have strong understanding of RIM-related metadata and associated business processes
  • Proven ability to manage external vendors and internal cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Strong knowledge and usage with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

 

For US geography, the salary range for this position is shown below. The actual salary is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, market demand, and competitive market practice. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
