Recruiting Operations & Enablement Associate
Who We Are
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiting Operations & Enablement Associate to drive operational excellence and enhance the capabilities of our recruiting function. This role is focused on optimizing processes, using data to identify gaps, building resources, delivering training, and empowering recruiters and hiring managers.
You will collaborate closely with recruiting teams, recruiting operations and people operations, hiring managers, and business leaders to identify and address talent needs, improve recruiting efficiency, and elevate the candidate experience through innovative processes and enablement programs.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize Workflows: Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline recruiting processes, improve operational efficiency, and implement high-impact projects.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze recruiting data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and provide actionable insights that inform talent strategies & training initiatives.
- Resource Development & Management: Maintain the Recruiting Hub and Support Channel, ensuring resources, playbooks, and processes are current and easily accessible.
- Audits, Process, and Compliance: Conduct regular audits of recruiting processes, systems, and workflows to identify gaps, ensure compliance, and troubleshoot operational challenges.
- Onboarding & Training: Design, execute, and facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs for new recruiters and interview training for hiring managers.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in recruiting, analytics, and program management.
- Engagement & Education: Drive adoption of best practices and continuous learning by curating and leading targeted training sessions.
Requirements:
- Must be in-office in San Mateo, CA
- 2-4+ years experience in Recruiting Operations or Enablement.
- Data-driven decision-making: Uses data to drive strategic planning or business changes. Demonstrated ability to review data sets, analyze existing processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Setting strategic direction: The ability to work with stakeholders, understand needs, and translate vision into a clear strategy.
- Strong understanding of enablement programs, recruiting methodologies, and best practices to increase efficiency & productivity
- Demonstrated success in leading high-impact, cross-functional projects with org-wide impact, managing multiple initiatives from inception to completion while delivering measurable outcomes.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS, GoodTime, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby & Covey are a plus.

Annual Pay Range
Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
Estimated Annual Pay Range
$90,000 - $140,000 USD
