Why this role matters:
We’re looking for a Web Content Specialist to play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate publishing of website content updates in alignment with brand and marketing requirements. This role is responsible for executing strategic web content updates, creating new pages within the CMS, and supporting web operations processes that maintain a consistent, high-quality user experience. The Web Content Specialist will collaborate closely with Marketing Web teams to ensure content is optimized, accessible, and aligned with business goals.
This role is for you if you have:
- Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- 1–3 years of experience in web content management, digital publishing, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with a CMS (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, WordPress, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and brand consistency best practices
- Familiarity with SEO principles and analytics tools a plus
- Excellent written communication and proofreading skills

Where you will work:
Location: India
Note: Some working hours must overlap with Eastern Standard Time business day
What you will do:
- Complete simple text and page updates using existing CMS templates and components
- Execute content updates from approved change requests, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Publish approved content in the CMS, applying correct formatting and styling based on guidelines - Upload and embed media assets (images, videos, PDFs) within pages and templates
- Create new web pages leveraging approved components and templates
- Coordinate with requesters to clarify requirements or corrections before publishing
- Partner with SEO and analytics teams to implement optimizations for content performance
- Support content migration, archiving, and cleanup initiatives as needed
- Assist with QA testing, proofreading, and validation of content before publish and major releases
- Help maintain accessibility, formatting, and brand standards across all published content
- Collaborate with the Web Ops Content & DAM Specialist to ensure assets are tagged and optimized before publishing
- Train internal stakeholders on CMS authoring basics and best practices when needed

- Understanding of web accessibility basics (e.g., alt text, media tagging, WCAG guidelines)
- Understanding of brand consistency best practices
- Familiarity with SEO principles and analytics tools a plus
- Excellent communication and proofreading skills
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams
