The Accounts Payable team is a central pillar of our growth strategy, and we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Team. The role is essential in managing and optimizing our accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy in vendor transactions and supporting the operational needs of the organization. The Ideal candidate will bring expertise in handling complex invoicing across multiple vendors both domestically and internationally. What to expect:
- Analyze, process, and code vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Regularly update and track cost changes in the Master Datacenter files, ensuring accurate communication and alignment with the AP Manager.
- Create and track purchase orders to ensure smooth procurement processes.
- Administer the employee expense reimbursement system, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Responsible for coordinating departmental approval of payment queues, generating weekly payment runs, and drafting wire transfers.
- Create vendor templates in the banking system for payment processing.
- Address ad hoc requests throughout the Finance Department, including but not limited to tax, logistics, and related operational needs.
- Other duties as required.
Our ideal candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience in a Global Accounts Payable environment and prior experience in a datacenter or tech company (highly preferred).
- Knowledge of ERP accounting software(s) and vendor payment/approval workflow tools. Xero/Bill.com experience is a plus.
- Experience processing employee reimbursements and related software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Compensation
$49,000 - $60,000 + bonus
