Location: Clayton (hybrid)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $32.66 per hour + super
Duration: 3-months with strong chance of extension
Start Date: ASAP

The Opportunity
A unique opportunity for a proactive go-getter who wants to break into a career within sales operations. This role will work closely with the management team to help bring outbound campaigns to life. On-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Format and structure sales lists for outbound campaigns

  • Track and analyse data to turn into actionable insights

  • Support operational tasks to ensure smooth campaign execution

  • Maintain clean, well-organised data and documentation

  • Use multiple tech platforms and data sources to manage lists and outputs

  • Work from the Clayton office on a hybrid schedule (onsite and remote as arranged)

Must-Have Experience

  • Strong Excel skills 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience handling datasets
  • Tech savvy - ability to use multiple tech platforms
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Pro-active mindset
  • Love working with and analysing data
  • Experience in operational support role
