Location & Flexibility
This role will be based out either our Charlottesville, Virginia headquarters, or our Durham, North Carolina office on a hybrid schedule (in office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
The Opportunity
As a Sales Operations Analyst, Fuel iX, you will be helping drive sales efficiency, improve forecasting accuracy, and provide actionable insights to improve sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of analytical skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for optimizing sales processes.
Fuel iX is an AI platform that helps enterprises manage and accelerate AI-fueled intelligent experiences (iX). This role is pivotal in enhancing and evolving our industry-leading AI engine, ensuring it delivers flexibility, control, productivity, and trust to enterprises worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Experience in contract management, particularly with SOWs and SLAs
- Develop and maintain cadenced and ad hoc sales reports, providing actionable insights to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill data requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the delivery of needed information
- Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, identifying trends and discrepancies to drive continuous improvement in sales performance
- Ensure data integrity and hygiene by regularly auditing and cleansing sales and customer data within Salesforce and other systems
- Streamline and optimize sales operations processes, identifying opportunities for automation and improved efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, or a similar role
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Business intelligence tools
- Proven experience at an enterprise SaaS company
- Salesforce Admin or Developer certification preferred

- Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications in various industries
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques

$70,400 - $88,000 USD
