Whether leading architectural discovery for new healthcare initiatives or guiding in-flight projects as an individual contributor, you’ll ensure solutions are both technically sound and aligned with regulatory and operational needs.

You’ll engage with prospective healthcare clients to explore how our capabilities can meet their unique challenges, lead architecture efforts for new engagements, and collaborate closely with delivery teams to bring client visions to life. You’ll also provide critical estimates around team composition, build scope, and resource planning—ensuring healthcare projects are realistically scoped and staffed for success.

Between engagements, you’ll lend your expertise across teams as a flexible problem-solver, while deepening your knowledge in areas like cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) or healthcare-specific technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Presale: Lead scoping, technical design, and work planning during the presale process while speaking with prospective clients about your project team’s capabilities
  • Delivery: Play the lead role in technical architecture and discovery projects, using consulting methods to refine the product and technical architecture of client projects
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Own a “technology vertical”, encompassing solution design, platform selection, implementation support, and thought leadership (e.g. AWS, Content Management Systems, hybrid mobile frameworks, etc)
  • Roving Catalyst: Enhance existing project teams with architectural account-level guidance or specific subject matter expertise

Qualifications

  • Multi-platform familiarity, with expertise in one or more of the following:
    • Front-end mobile technologies (iOS, Android, Web/JS)
    • Backend cloud and/or enterprise platforms (AWS/Azure)
    • Content management systems, analytics platforms, and other 3rd party frameworks
  • Healthcare industry expertise - specialized knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem and the ability to highlight the importance of understanding healthcare specific challenges - regulations like HIPAA, GDPR, HITECH Act, and data interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7 and DICOM.
  • Candidates should be aware of current digital healthcare trends (AI/ML) and the broader healthcare ecosystem in order to effectively design innovative solutions for healthcare clients.
  • Deep understanding of the various stakeholders within the healthcare ecosystem (providers, payers, pharmaceutical companies, patients, regulatory bodies) and their unique needs.
  • Experience with software estimation, work planning, and building project plans within time/cost constraints
  • An eye for details and an ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Experience delivering software in an agency/client-service environment
  • Ability to clearly break down complex ideas to both technical and non-technical individuals
  • Experience having commercial conversations involving budgets and fees
  • Experience with software estimation, work planning, and building project plans within time/cost constraints
  • You're excited to learn the principles of mobile software development
  • Experience quickly iterating and refining a product vision with a client by offering multiple approach options
  • Passion to apply modern processes that transform client organizations (e.g. continuous delivery, rapid iteration, and agile-inspired methodologies)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use repeatable frameworks and best practices to incorporate new technologies or concepts
  • Appreciation for the wider client enterprise, beyond a single project or initiative
  • Desire to expand an account to holistically service a client
  • Equally comfortable working in pre-sale and post-sale environments.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
