Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to temporarily backfill the Marketing Director role during a maternity leave. Reporting to the General Manager, this individual will be responsible for overseeing marketing operations in Canada, leading strategic initiatives that support the Canadian sales team, and ensuring continuity across content development, campaign execution, brand initiatives, and team coordination. This is a hands-on role that blends strategy with execution, requiring strong leadership, creativity, and operational management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with Canadian sales goals and brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the marketing and Canadian sales teams, ensuring alignment on initiatives, messaging, and timelines.
  • Develop and manage sales enablement tools and content that drive engagement and support lead conversion.
  • Lead planning and logistics for Canadian conferences
  • Manage promotional inventory and fulfillment, including vendor relationships and product sourcing.
  • Oversee the Canadian online store operations and coordinate with the fulfillment center for smooth operations and problem-solving.
  • Provide guidance and collaborate closely with the marketing team.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including campaign management, sales enablement, and digital marketing.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members and working cross-functionally with sales teams.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator), Canva, and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Sprout Social).
  • Experience working with Sitecore CMS (content creation, publishing workflows, and content personalization strategies).
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Available to work in-office 3 days per week.
