Job Description:

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Senior Sales Operations Manager oversees the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire sales operations, ensuring the sales team has the necessary tools, processes, and support to achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in call center experience managing the sales technology stack, optimizing sales processes, analyzing sales data and leading a global team of diverse sales professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, pipeline management, scheduling, workforce management, and budgeting processes used within the admission team. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify customers and sales opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
  • Creates daily batches and communications; works closely with sales teams to ensure execution of sales strategies
  • Manage CRM tools, maximizing opportunities and customer relationships
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers
  • Generate sales reports and analyze key performance indicators
  • Calculates monthly sales commissions using individual compensation plans and submits to the payroll department
  • Owns scheduling, including hours of operation and phone routings

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Business, related discipline, or equivalent in training and experience
  • 5 years’ experience in sales operations, call center experience highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to perform advanced computing functions
  • Familiarity with databases and sales software
  • Strong project management & financial modeling skills
  • Excellent work ethic and successful record of on-time project delivery
  • Ability to deliver a high degree of customer satisfaction to clients
  • Must have a valid US Passport and willing to travel to Merida, Mexico when needed
  • Previous experience in marketing, call center, or sales is preferred
