Contribute to developing compelling value propositions to inspire and drive platform engagement across all markets.
- Design & Implement Behavioral Interventions: Design and implement targeted behavioral interventions (e.g., nudges, defaults, feedback loops, social norms) directly within the platform experience and communication strategies, enhancing Employee and Client Experience. Collaborate with Service Designers to integrate behavioral insights into employee journey maps and with Instructional Designers to improve learning program engagement and retention for AI ways of working.
- Measure & Optimize Impact: Collaborate with dedicated researchers to rigorously measure the effectiveness of behavioral interventions on platform usage and new ways of working. Analyze complex data, present clear, actionable findings, and contribute to ethical guidelines for interventions. Support monitoring individual and team progress.
