As a WW4B Operations Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring that business processes and operations run efficiently and effectively.  The role requires the support in the areas of client service/maintenance and implementation activities that will allow for best in class service to external and internal partners.  The operations specialist should be comfortable communicating with stakeholders throughout the organization, able to solve problems and improvise as needed, and adept at estimating and managing time for a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate is a natural coordinator who has a strong sense of big-picture objectives and a sharp eye for detail.

The WW4B Operations Specialist’s key functions include management of all day to day service and monitoring activities, in depth discovery and root cause analysis for service and maintenance issues across all customers; in addition to implementation and onboarding  activities.  In this role you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all maintenance and inquiry items are closed to full resolution. \

Key Responsibilities:

  • Asses service & maintenance items and route to appropriate partner or work to completion
  • Perform discovery and root cause analysis for all service and maintenance items
    • Evaluate common themes
    • Recommend improvements
    • Identify key stakeholders for hand-off of accountability
  • Liaison with multiple matrix partners to bring open items to closure collectively and to establish processes and procedures.
  • Assist with client implementations inclusive of set-up coordination and task functions (as needed)
  • Manage eligibility file processing and exception reporting for all lines of business and coordinate communications accordingly.
  • Manage SLAs related to issue management and implementation tasks.
  • Administer various reports and status updates that support progress and key metrics on performance related to issue management and implementation pipeline
  • Own and Support the departmental purchase order process
  • Manage manual special handling reporting as needed.
  • Process and deliver sales orders as needed
  • Serve as an immediate point person for issue escalations.
  • Create/update processes and SOPs as needed
  • Serve as operations subject matter expert for current state process and execution
  • Maintain communication with operations manager, staff members, and vendors to ensure adherence to protocols across key touch points
  • Assist the operations manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities

Experience Required:

  • College Degree strongly preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in operations role or similar 
  • Experience working in the health care industry (Operational role)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage tasks efficiently
  • Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with software tolls like google suite, project management tools, or CRM platforms
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment

 

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location.  This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.

US Pay Range

$70,000 - $85,000 USD
