Strategy & Operations Manager

Who We Are

Weekend Health's mission is to make healthcare more accessible, more transparent, and friendlier. Our platform, WeightWatchers Clinic/Sequence, focuses on chronic obesity, which affects more than 50% of adults and is closely related to many other chronic conditions. 

We do this by: 

  • Connecting patients with board-certified obesity specialists to provide the highest quality of care, as well as access to the most effective weight management medications available
  • Assembling a team of health coaches to support our members in their journeys toward better health
  • Building a community for our members to share their experiences and learn from each other about healthy lifestyle practices

We are looking for a Strategy and Operations Manager to help scale our business. This role will work closely with the Product, Clinician leadership, and Member Operation teams to improve the member experience and maintain operational excellence. This role will require strong cross-functional collaboration and a high degree of visibility to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage reporting  for the Operations organization and track core business metrics
  • Develop tools and processes that enable effective patient care
  • Oversee quality & enablement functions within the organization
  • Surface and advocate for product improvements based on key insights derived from data
  • Work closely with Product/Engineering on the development and rollout of product improvements, and with Clinician leadership on coordinating effective patient care
  • Track adoption and impact of new feature rollouts  
  • Identify and tackle opportunities to improve the member & Clinician experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, Member Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Clinicians, Legal, and more

Who You Are

Experience & Skillset

    • Experience in management consulting or in-house strategy / product / operations roles in a fast-paced technology driven environment
    • Process expert with experience working in a fast paced, operationally complex organization
    • Experience dealing with complex data sets using excel/google sheets (SQL a plus but not required), deriving insights and generating recommendations
    • (Preferred, but not required) Experience as a people manager

Work Style

    • Experience working closely and communicating effectively with employees of all levels
    • Comfortable in a rapid growth environment with tight deadlines, and demonstrated ability to coordinate, plan, and prioritize tasks across multiple projects
    • A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity

Location

We are prioritizing candidates in SF/NY.

 

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location.  This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.

US Pay Range

$100,000 - $160,000 USD
