We’re looking for a Principal Product Designer on our Clinical Support team to shape the future of our digital experiences keeping us at the forefront of the weight-management space.

We design experiences across all our touchpoints—from our member apps, guest website, to the tools our coaches and. Our goal? To create intuitive, inclusive, and science-backed tools that help support our members succeed in their weight loss journeys.

What you will do

As a Principal Product Designer on the Clinical Support team, you’ll be at the heart of a transformative mission, designing innovative digital products that help our members reach their health and weight-management goals. You’ll be shaping the future of how we support members who need extra care—whether through Registered Dietitians, anti-obesity medications (GLP-1s), or clinician visits.

You’ll work closely with the Behavioral and Growth designers and cross-functional partners, designing high-quality interfaces, influenced by data and research to create a seamless, effective weight-management experience that stands out in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and other partners to design seamless, intuitive experiences for our members.
  • Lead the UX/UI design of post-login experiences, from discovery to visual design, focusing on activation and retention.
  • Deeply understand our members' behaviors, motivations, and goals to advocate for them in all aspects of design.
  • Drive design direction with your team and inspire others through clear, user-centered design solutions.
  • Communicate design decisions effectively and ensure they balance user needs with business goals.

Who you are 

  • You’ve got 8-10 years of experience and a portfolio full of products and features you’ve shipped.
  • You’ve designed for consumer-facing products and have experience across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
  • You’re a UX generalist with strong visual design skills and a passion for building great user experiences.
  • You can analyze data and user research to create compelling, intuitive designs.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and know when to lead, listen, and adapt.
  • You can prototype quickly and iterate based on feedback, whether it’s polished or in the rough.

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location.  This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.

US Pay Range

$200,000 - $225,000 USD
