 At WeightWatchers, the Global Marketing team this team is composed of many different arms that work cross functionally to spread the word and promote our company as well as our services and offerings. From performance and brand to product, licensing and communications they all have a tangible impact on the business and our growth. Looking for a strategic and highly engaged Associate, Social Community Management to join WW's growing social media team! 

What You’ll Do

This role is responsible for building, nurturing, and managing vibrant communities across WW  Owned & Operated social channels. This role will be the moving voice of the brand in real time — engaging with the online community, strengthening loyalty, and driving conversation. 

  • Monitor and respond to comments, Instagram Stories, DMs, approved-celebrity/influencer posts, and brand mentions across Instagram, X, and TikTok. 
  • Cultivate community relationships through timely, thoughtful, and on-brand communication 
  • Identify and engage with UGC, brand advocates, influencers, and relevant cultural moments 
  • Partner with the content team to surface insights and feedback from the community 
  • Assist with community-driven campaign initiatives such as “comment-to-recieve” activations, Q&As, or surveys 
  • Maintain daily/weekly reporting on community sentiment/health, response rates, and engagement insights 
  • Stay in-the-know on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for engagement 

 

Who You Are

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media (Instagram, X, Tiktok) or community management for a brand 
  • Excellent written communication 
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms and engagement dynamics 
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced reactive environments 
  • Comfortable using SproutSocial’s social listening or community management tools 
  • Passion for internet culture, food/health/wellness, brand storytelling, and building inclusive digital spaces 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with influencer engagement or UGC curation 
  • Familiarity in lifestyle, entertainment industries 



 

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location.  This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.

US Pay Range

$70,000 - $75,000 USD
