WHO ARE YOU:
The Chief of Staff plays a critical role in supporting the leadership team to execute high-level strategy and ensure the organization runs smoothly. This individual acts as a key partner to senior leadership, driving strategic initiatives, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing cross-functional teams, and leading special projects. The Chief of Staff serves as a trusted advisor, streamlining decision-making processes, facilitating communication, and helping to align teams to achieve business goals.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Strategic Support & Execution:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to define and drive the company’s strategic initiatives.
- Monitor progress against strategic objectives and provide recommendations to optimize outcomes.
- Assist in the prioritization and management of key projects.
- Operational Oversight:
- Ensure cross-departmental collaboration and communication to drive operational efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, addressing bottlenecks to maintain smooth workflow.
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams on various initiatives.
- Act as a sounding board for leadership to identify priorities and allocate resources.
- Support leadership in team development, ensuring goals are aligned across departments.
- Internal & External Communication:
- Serve as a key point of contact between the leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and review communications, presentations, and reports.
- Ensure clear, consistent messaging is delivered across the organization.
- Project Management:
- Lead high-priority projects from conception through execution, ensuring timely completion.
- Track progress on key initiatives, manage timelines, and hold teams accountable for deliverables.
- Ensure project outcomes are communicated clearly to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with internal and external partners as needed, facilitating communication and coordination on behalf of the Leadership.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for meetings with stakeholders.
- Decision-Making Support:
- Provide data-driven insights and analysis to aid in executive decision-making.
- Conduct research and gather information to evaluate options for business growth, expansion, or change management.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, or similar executive support roles.
- Experience in leadership positions is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information succinctly.
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization.
- High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Leadership: Ability to drive results, manage teams, and influence others in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated success in identifying growth opportunities and driving strategic initiatives.
