Position Overview
The Ad-ops Manager will be responsible for leading initiatives to grow in-app monetization by optimizing and handling a large landscape of networks for the highest grossing game in the company. You will work closely with cross functional teams driving business success through running demand and identifying opportunities for growth and to drive efficiencies. This role is hybrid and based out of Zynga’s San Mateo headquarters.
Main Responsibilities

Own yield and revenue optimization by working with mobile ad networks for the largest mobile gaming ad partner in the industry

Maintain relationships with external collaborators and learn about the latest tech innovations in the space

Lead experimentation, AB tests, and present findings/analysis to the broader team

Set up, test and handle ads from a variety of third-party networks and SSPs, including Zynga’s Private Marketplace executions

Lead our ad quality initiatives and maintain a high quality of advertising across the portfolio

Troubleshoot ad network integrations, finding and solving issues by corresponding with internal tech teams and the client

Grow ad supply through offerwall, rewarded video and other in-game surfacing points
Desired Skills and Experience
-
3-5 years’ work experience in ad network or mobile ad business. Gaming publisher ad experience highly recommended and prioritized

Familiarity with ad networks/DSPs/Rewarded Ad Vendors

Results-oriented and proactive personality with eagerness to learn about the Desktop/Mobile Ads space

Ability to multi-task and efficiently handle time and priorities is critical

Strong analytical and MS Excel skills preferred; experience with Charles Proxy, Tableau, and Airtable a plus

BA or BS or equivalent experience is preferred

Highly diligent, with a consistent track record of accuracy and balancing priorities in a rapidly-evolving environment

Must be a driver, highly bold and career oriented with a proven proactive approach to work

Excellent written communication and verbal agility are vital for cross-team collaboration. This role presents regularly to leadership teams

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $75,500 and $111,740 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
