What We Need
We are looking for a Lead Technical Product Manager, Infrastructure to drive product management efforts across our infrastructure and development tools practices. This role will be the strategic and executional partner for our infrastructure engineering teams, including datacenter and networking operations, developer tools, and site reliability engineering (SRE). You'll bring deep product thinking to technical domains, shaping platforms that empower teams across 2K to move faster, more reliably, and at scale..
What You Will Do
- Set the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for infrastructure capabilities powering 2K’s platform, game development, and publishing efforts.
- Partner closely with engineering leaders across infrastructure, SRE, dev tools, and datacenter operations to define shared goals and drive delivery of robust, scalable systems.
- Build and manage relationships with stakeholders across 2K studios and central teams, deeply understanding their infrastructure needs and translating them into strategic priorities.
- Drive alignment, transparency, and prioritization across diverse teams to ensure consistent execution of infrastructure goals.
- Collaborate with program management and technical leads to validate product assumptions, optimize development processes, and deliver value incrementally.
- Evangelize infrastructure product strategy across the company, from senior leadership to hands-on teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Define and track product success metrics; use data to continuously improve product direction and delivery quality.
- In time, you will have the chance to lead additional product managers, providing mentorship, coaching, and direction to ensure effective execution and professional growth.
Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit
- 8+ years in agile product management, with 2+ years managing product managers or leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure, dev tools, or platform engineering—either as a product leader or technical collaborator.
- Proven track record of developing product strategies and roadmaps that align with both short- and long-term organizational goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You build trust quickly, communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, and aren’t afraid to explain why “no” is the right call.
- Passionate about developing high-performing teams and crafting inclusive, encouraging environments where people do their best work.
- Comfortable operating in complex, constantly evolving environments where ambiguity is the norm.
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in a technical or related field. MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
- Passion for games and the technology that powers them.
Bonus Points
- Experience supporting AAA game development or publishing infrastructure.
- Background in managing infrastructure platforms in large-scale, multi-studio environments.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $155,800 and $230,560 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
