The Role
We're looking for a compassionate individual to join us as a Bilingual Teaching Assistant. This is a Part Time position located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with the expectation to work up to 20 hours a week. In this role, you'll work alongside our Clinical Instructors to help prepare students to become CNAs and equip them with all the necessary skills and tools to best take care of others.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate state exam refreshers and administer mock exams in both English and Spanish, while assisting in the development and translation of training materials for Spanish-speaking students.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to develop and implement new initiatives aimed at improving state exam preparation processes and enhancing overall student success.
The Requirements
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with at least two years of CNA experience
- Must currently reside in the Greater Colorado Springs Metropolitan Area
- Must possess a current CPR certification
- Strong communication and documentation skills

This is a Part Time opportunity with an hourly rate of $24/hr, with the expectation of working 4-20 hours per week.
