We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.

This position plays a crucial role in the BEES Customer Experience team, which is responsible for customer service and satisfaction. For this role, the intern should have analytical and communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively across teams to solve complex problems and align findings with business goals, but more importantly, curiosity and a thirst for learning.

What you'll do:

  • Monitor the performance of Customer Experience KPIs across more than 15 markets.
  • Support governance and documentation for Customer Experience.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and drive global results.
  • Implement testing methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer experience results by creating and executing action plans.
  • Conduct research to identify and experiment with innovative approaches to solving business problems.
  • Create monthly results reports and books for Latam, Asia, Pacific, and Brazil.

What you'll need:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or Python.
